Welcome to New Ross Golf Club
Established in 1905 New Ross Golf Club is a mature parkland golf course situated between the scenic Barrow and Nore valleys with the magnificent Brandon and Blackstairs mountains providing the backdrop.
New Ross is one of the driest golf courses in South East Ireland, rarely closed due to bad weather and therefore can be enjoyed throughout the year. The Par 70/73 golf course provides a great test for all abilities, with tree lined fairways and superbly contoured greens complemented by a number of water hazards.

2020 Club Captains
Sean Furlong & Pat Purcell
At the start of a new decade, Seán and Pat are honoured to be elected as Captains for New Ross Golf Club for 2020. We really appreciate the many good wishes and pledges of support we have received from members.
The Captains have the assistance of a number of voluntary committees to ensure the smooth running of the Club and your continued cooperation with these committees is greatly appreciated.
As a Club, our greatest asset is our golf course and thanks to the excellent standard of maintenance continuously carried out by our course staff, New Ross can boast a challenging golf course in top condition. Also our newly refurbished clubhouse and hardworking, attentive staff provide a welcoming and warm atmosphere to members and visitors alike.
Our other important asset is of course our membership and we encourage all members to positively promote and represent New Ross Golf Club at every opportunity.
We would like to wish our teams, Ladies, Gents and Juniors, great success over the 2020 golfing season and we extend our thanks to all volunteers who have come on board as team managers and assistants.
We are both available, at any time, to help and assist develop golf in our club. Every member is important to us and we wish you all good health and enjoyable golf for the coming year.
We look forward to seeing you on the fairways and in the clubhouse throughout 2020.
